Career Explorations is a three-day event for 4-H youth on the Cornell University campus. This program provides youth with exposure to academic fields and career exploration through different departments across the university. The workshops help to develop leadership skills, provide hands-on experience in a college setting and to introduce youth to Cornell University. The NYS 4-H Foundation financially supports Career Explorations that brings 400 youth and 200 volunteers from nearly every county in the state to connects 4-Her’s to departments across the university.
